Coronavirus Response

In compliance with the “Stay at Home” order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we would like to inform you of the decisions made within your community.

Suspension of Board Meetings
o   Any necessary Board decisions will be made by email vote with actions ratified at the next meeting in accordance with the Texas Property Code

Usage of Common Area Amenities
o   Social distancing should be adhered to when using the community dog park.

Closure of Management Office Visitation
o   We have several staff members working remotely and will be able to address many issues during this time.
o   All calls will be answered by our 24 hour answering service and routed to the appropriate staff member for assistance.

We encourage everyone to follow all orders and recommendations to stay safe and healthy during this time.

We will continue to monitor this situation and keep you informed of any changes. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

WCA residential service will resume to business as usual effective Monday, April 20, 2020.
Recycle Services will resume effective Monday, April 20, 2020.
WCA has taken the recommended health and safety precautions in response to the Coronavirus epidemic and will continue to keep the community informed of any future developments that affect trash pickup service.

Trash days are Monday and Thursday and Wednesday is recycle pick up. If you need a replacement trash or recycle bin, please contact VF Waste Services at 713-787-9790. Additional charge may apply.
